Ingredients :

Vanjaram fish, onion, green chilli, ginger, pepper, cumin powder, mustard, urad dhal, cumin, curry leaves, salt, oil.

Method Of Preparation :

Cook the fish pieces in an idly pan.
Let it cool and shred the fish into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, temper with mustard, urad dhal, cumin, chopped ginger, curry leaves.
Add chopped green chilli and onion.
Saute and add salt, pepper powder and cumin powder.
Stir and add the shredded fish pieces.
Saute well and remove from heat.
